Quali dati trattiamo e perché
- Modulo contatti: nome, indirizzo email e contenuto del messaggio, forniti volontariamente, per rispondere alla tua richiesta. Base giuridica: consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR), espresso spuntando l’apposita casella. Il conferimento è facoltativo, ma senza di esso non è possibile rispondere.
- Dati di navigazione: come ogni sito web, il server che ospita il sito (Netlify) registra automaticamente dati tecnici come l’indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagina richiesta e tipo di browser, per garantire sicurezza e funzionamento del servizio. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Il sito non utilizza cookie di profilazione, strumenti di analisi statistica, pixel di social network o mappe di terze parti.
Cookie e tecnologie simili
- Tecnico: il sito memorizza nel tuo browser (localStorage) la sola lingua scelta (IT/EN), per ricordarla alla visita successiva. Non è un cookie di tracciamento e non richiede consenso.
- Video YouTube: i video sono incorporati dal lettore di YouTube (Google) in modalità a privacy avanzata (youtube-nocookie.com). Caricando la pagina Google può ricevere il tuo indirizzo IP; avviando la riproduzione può installare cookie, secondo la propria informativa.
- Link a Facebook e Instagram: sono semplici collegamenti; i dati vengono trasmessi a Meta solo se clicchi e visiti quelle piattaforme.
Destinatari e trasferimenti
I dati non sono diffusi. Possono essere trattati, come responsabili del trattamento, dal fornitore di hosting e gestione del modulo (Netlify, Inc., con sede negli USA, che opera con garanzie adeguate ai sensi del capo V del GDPR) e dal fornitore di posta elettronica dell’Associazione. Per i video, Google agisce come titolare autonomo.
Conservazione
I messaggi sono conservati per il tempo necessario a rispondere e a gestire l’eventuale seguito della richiesta, e comunque non oltre 12 mesi, salvo obblighi di legge. I log tecnici sono conservati dal fornitore per brevi periodi.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere in ogni momento accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità dei dati e opporti al trattamento (artt. 15-22 GDPR), e revocare il consenso senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento precedente. Scrivi ai recapiti del Titolare indicati sopra. Hai inoltre diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

What data we process and why
- Contact form: name, email address and message content, voluntarily provided, in order to reply to your request. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the checkbox. Providing the data is optional, but we cannot reply without it.
- Browsing data: like any website, the hosting server (Netlify) automatically records technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type, to ensure security and operation of the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- This site does not use profiling cookies, analytics tools, social network pixels or third-party maps.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Technical: the site stores in your browser (localStorage) only your chosen language (IT/EN), to remember it on your next visit. It is not a tracking cookie and does not require consent.
- YouTube videos: videos are embedded from the YouTube (Google) player in enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When the page loads Google may receive your IP address; when you start playback it may set cookies, according to its own privacy policy.
- Facebook and Instagram links: these are simple links; data is sent to Meta only if you click through and visit those platforms.
Recipients and transfers
Data is not disclosed. It may be processed, as data processors, by the hosting and form provider (Netlify, Inc., based in the USA, operating with appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR) and by the Association’s email provider. For videos, Google acts as an independent controller.
Retention
Messages are kept for the time needed to reply and handle any follow-up, and in any case no longer than 12 months, unless required by law. Technical logs are kept by the provider for short periods.
Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data and object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Write to the Controller at the contacts above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
